9 General

9.1 Accounts
9.1.1 All payments made via the website must be in pounds sterling (GBP) or such other official legal tender as is set out on the website.  The payment transaction part of the website is operated through Google Checkout and you acknowledge and accept that Google Checkout will have access to your personal and bank details as a result.
9.1.2 All amounts payable via the website shall be quoted inclusive of VAT where appropriated.

10 Privacy

Book Beads has a firm commitment to only deal with your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the privacy policy.  By submitting your personal data to us and using the website you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms of the privacy policy.

11 Notices

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices given by you by e-mail should be addressed to info@bookbeads.co.uk.  Any notices given by us to you will be addressed to your registered e-mail address.  Such notice shall be deemed to have been given and received 23 hours after the e-mail is sent, notwithstanding the fact that the sending party may be notified that the e-mail address is invalid for any reason (including the possibility that the e-mail address in your registration details is incorrect or out of date). Alternatively Book Beads may give you notice by registered post to the address provided to us during the registration process and you may give us notice by registered post to the address set out on our website.  In such case, notice shall be deemed to have been given and received 3 days after the date of mailing.

12 Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999

Except as expressly provided in the is terms, a person who is not a party to these terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to reply upon or enforce any term of these terms provided that this does not affect any right or remedy of the third party which exists or is available part from that act.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.  Each of the parties hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
